I confirm that all information provided in my DiCard Digital Business Card is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge. I agree that this card will be used solely for legitimate personal and/or professional business purposes, and not for any form of fraud, deception, impersonation, or unlawful activity.

I understand and acknowledge that DiCard by DiTa reserves the right to permanently remove and delete my digital business card if I do not subscribe to the paid service within the 30-day free trial period, or if my subscription lapses and is not renewed.

I confirm that the content of my digital business card does not and will not contain, promote, or be associated with any material of an adult, sexually explicit, or obscene nature, nor any content related to unlawful services, exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or ethical standards. DiCard by DiTa reserves the right to remove any card found in violation of this condition without prior notice.
